This Privacy Policy explains how Unplugged Media LLC dba ReadyToSell ("ReadyToSell," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information from visitors to ReadyToSell.com (the "Site") and subscribers to our SMS marketing program (the "Program").

3. SMS Program

By providing your mobile phone number through the sign-up form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from Unplugged Media LLC dba ReadyToSell at that number. Key Program terms:

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. You should expect periodic (not daily) messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates will apply to every message sent to or from you.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.

We retain records of your opt-in consent for at least five (5) years in accordance with our TCPA compliance obligations. You may request confirmation of our consent records by emailing compliance@readytosell.com.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site and the SMS Program (e.g., hosting providers, SMS platform providers, analytics providers), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — provided that entity agrees to treat your information consistently with this Policy.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Opt out of SMS. Reply STOP to any message from us.
• Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccuracies by emailing compliance@readytosell.com.
• Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information. Some information must be retained for legal compliance (e.g., TCPA records).
• Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"):

SMS opt-in consent records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the most recent opt-in or opt-out, in line with TCPA compliance standards.

The Site and the Program are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact compliance@readytosell.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate through the Site or SMS notice.
